A standout high school player in New York with over 1,000 points and a State Finals appearance, Deirdre later walked on to the women’s basketball team at Sacred Heart University. As a coach, she has led St. Joseph High School teams to the FCIAC playoffs and brings 25+ years of coaching experience in basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse. She uses sports to build character, resilience, and teamwork—helping young athletes grow on and off the court.
