The 2025 Spring AAU basketball season will run from mid-March until end of May. Some teams will extend their seasons into the summer to compete in larger, national events.

Each team will practice twice per week and participate in at least 5 weekend tournaments — with 3 to 4 games per tournament. Local tournaments will be at different locations throughout the Connecticut area.
